Quotations / Invoices on the goods named, subject to the conditions noted below:

ACCEPTANCE:
In the event of this quotation being accepted, AIRCON EXPERTS (PTY) LTD. will supply all equipment and material as
specified but deletions or additions after acceptance of tender will be subjected to a variation order.
On acceptance of this quote a 70% deposit on the total of this quote will apply – FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATIONS.
On acceptance of this quote a 100% deposit / Full payment on the total of this quote will apply – FOR SUPPLY OF
MACHINES AND MATERIALS ONLY.
ALL CHARGES WERE EXPLAINED AND THERE WILL BE NO CLAIMS OR PAYMENTS WITHHELD WHATSOEVER.

CANCELLATIONS OF DELIVERED ORDERS & OR REFUNDS:
Subjected to approval by Aircon Experts (PTY) Ltd, ANY CANCELLATION OF PAID DEPOSITS / ORDERS – A 15% ADMIN /
HANDLING FEE of the total amount of the value of goods invoiced / returned WILL BE CHARGED / APPLICABLE.
ALL CHARGES WERE EXPLAINED AND THERE WILL BE NO CLAIMS OR PAYMENTS WITHHELD WHATSOEVER.

RETURNS:
Subjected to approval by Aircon Experts (PTY) Ltd, and based on the conditions and positive proof provided that, goods
supplied are un-opened, un-installed and without any damage whatsoever, within the period of 7 working days, goods can
be returned for credit / re-funded with an applicable admin / handling charge of 15% of the total amount of the value of
goods invoiced / returned.
Any credit / re-funds to be done ONLY after goods were received, inspected and items registered back in stock.
All transportation / Courier costs relating from cancellations / returning of goods, strictly for customers account / or
deductible from customers credit of goods returned.
ALL CHARGES WERE EXPLAINED AND THERE WILL BE NO CLAIMS OR PAYMENTS WITHHELD WHATSOEVER.

GUARANTEE:
The manufacturer undertakes to the first user that the equipment sold is free from defects and material or workmanship
under normal use for the period of one year, except in the case where stated differently.
NO GUARANTEE ON CONDENSATION PUMPS SUPPLIED BY OUR COMPANY WHATSOEVER.
ALL CHARGES WERE EXPLAINED AND THERE WILL BE NO CLAIMS OR PAYMENTS WITHHELD WHATSOEVER.

ELECTRICAL:
Quotations do not include any electrical work whatsoever. The necessary power points within two meters from the point
of installation must be provided at the client’s expense. NO RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN FOR POWERFAILURE
DAMAGE ON ANY AIR-CONDITIONERS SUPPLIED BY OUR COMPANY WHATSOEVER.
NO GUARANTEE ON CONDENSATION PUMPS SUPPLIED BY OUR COMPANY WHATSOEVER.

MAINTENANCE:
The above guarantee is subjected to the units being serviced 6 MONTHLY by AIRCON EXPERTS (PTY) LTD. otherwise the
guarantee becomes null and void. Where an installation is done through a roof or outside walls, we do not guarantee
waterproofing, the client must arrange for a qualified person or company to do the waterproofing.
ALL CHARGES WERE EXPLAINED AND THERE WILL BE NO CLAIMS OR PAYMENTS WITHHELD WHATSOEVER.

OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS:
AIR-CONDITIONER UNITS AND MATERIALS SUPPLIED, REMAINS THE PROPERTY OF AIRCON EXPERTS (PTY) LTD. UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL.
ALL CHARGES WERE EXPLAINED AND THERE WILL BE NO CLAIMS OR PAYMENTS WITHHELD WHATSOEVER.

Guarantee Conditions:
Comply with these conditions and qualify for your FREE... "NOT A CENT" SPARES GUARANTEE promise!

Conditions:
- Installations to be carried out by a qualified approved air-conditioner Installer.
- Services to be carried out by AIRCON EXPERTS (PTY) LTD ONLY (Separate Service charges applies and are not included
in the initial purchasing and/or installation price).
- Air conditioners to be serviced twice in the first 12 months (interval of 6 months) from date of installation / purchase.
- Thereafter, every 12 months / yearly for the remaining period of guarantee.
- Approved electrical connections to air conditioning units.
- Customer responsible to schedule services on due periods.
- Air conditioners to be correctly sized according to:
- Rooms / offices Square meter sizes.
- Extra heating /cooling loads taken in consideration.
